EVERYONE NEEDS A VALID PASSPORT
Trip Dates: June 29th - July 1st
Athletes: Clay Guida & Urijah Faber
Meet Time and Location: 8:00 am at Fishermans Landing in San Diego on June 29th. You will see us there greeting everyone.
Arrival Back to Dock: We will arrive back to the dock around 6 am on July 1st. You will have the choice to either wait and take all your fish home with you whole, or have a fish processor at the dock take your fish. They will cut, package, freeze and ship or cut, package and you can take it home with you in coolers. This is all an extra fee and depends on how many fish you catch. If you are waiting to take your fish from the processor, we recommend you get a flight out sometime after noon. They are typically pretty fast but just in case.
Flight Info: San Diego International Airport (about 30 min from Fisherman's Landing). Since we are meeting so early the morning of June 29th, we recommend clients get in the night before. There are tons of hotels/motels right across the street from Fisherman's Landing.
Mexican Permits: We will have everyone's permits there at check in.
Coolers: Clients are allowed to bring coolers onboard. You can load up on any alcohol, drinks, snacks you wish. There are no restrictions for that. There will be beers onboard for sale if you run out and would like more. We will also have a Tequila sponsor for our trips so no charge for that. Clients will need to bring their own pillows and towels as well. We will have bedding for you.
Food: The chefs on board will be cooking 3 amazing meals each day along with snacks in between those meals. There will be non-alcoholic drinks onboard as well at an additional cost. You can bring your own if you would like.
Fishing Gear: The trip price includes two rod and reel setups. One for bigger fish and one for smaller fish. We also include all terminal tackle like hooks, weights and live bait. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear as well. We will have an Info sheet sent out soon that you can mark down if you need rental gear. Remember, we cover that cost so don’t worry about pricing for any of that.
Theme Day: We will have a “Urijah Faber” theme day this year! Bring your best “Urijah Faber” outfit/ costume and the winner will get a brand new Traeger Grill!
Big Fish Belt: Every year we give a UFC style belt for the biggest fish caught! The winner will be our Big Fish Campion and own those bragging rights!!!
Other Prizes: We will be giving away some Pelican Products, Breakline Optics and other prizes from our sponsors.
