Partnering with RSF to raise funds for Veteran families diagnosed with cancer or other rare diseases from toxic exposures

About the project

  • An online faith based community and clothing collection raising funds for Veteran families diagnosed with cancer or other rare diseases from toxic exposures.

  • Living out the virtues of life. A purposeful pattern cut from the cloth of Christ. To spread love, hope and companionship to mankind by restoring faith in the broken, raising funds for those enduring hardship, and showing the lost they are loved.

  • To raise funds for Veterans and their families and hosting events to create togetherness in the community. You are not alone, you are loved. Current fundraising progress can be monitored here: https://rsfvaspire316.funraise.org

Jacole Hall created Vaspire316 after tragedy hit her family in Spring of 2021.

At the age of 31, my husband Dominic was diagnosed with an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer; the most deadliest of all cancers.

Dominic deployed multiple times during his Military career as a Recon Marine and later as a Special Forces Soldier.  His service continued later in life when he worked as a Police Officer in his hometown.  Due to his selfless acts of service he was exposed to over 32 different toxins over the course of his 10 years in the Military, including responding to the nuclear disaster in Fukushima in 2011.  In January of 2022 we were given the unimaginable prognosis of 6-12 months of life expectancy.

Throughout this terrifying journey close friends and Military families across the country have had unwavering love and support for us.  Along with strangers, former police and fire personnel in our small town all came together and showered us with prayers and support for both Dominic and myself and for our 2 small boys; ages 1 and 3 at the time of the diagnosis.

We knew we could never pay everyone back for all the kindness they showed us so we decided to create a way to pay it forward.  Our personal goal with the help of RSF is to generate funds through Vaspire316 and write a check for $10,000 for a Military Family in need. We continue to fight and we will fight for you too!

Dominic Hall passed September 4, 2022 at 1223. He remained humbled and stoic, putting everyone's needs first before his own. When we tell his story, We will not say he walked with giants... because he led them.

Blessings,
Jacole Hall
